Returns & Exchanges
Starboard offers returns or exchanges on UNUSED items that meet the below qualifications, within 30 days of the purchase date.
-Items must be unused and in the same new condition in which they were purchased.
-Items must have all original Tags
We do NOT accept returns on Fragrances or Accessories with opened or damaged packaging.
For sanitary reasons, we do NOT accept any return on Underwear or Swimwear.
Those items are FINAL SALE.
Sunglasses & Eyewear is Exchange or Store Credit ONLY.
There are no money-back returns on eyewear.
Customers are responsible for any shipping cost that may be associate with returns or exchanges.
